Wedding Dress-Up at Chateau de Busay
We decided to have the dress up at Chateau de Busay because we wanted to avoid having to go through the heavy traffic from our house in Talamban and going to the Redemptorist Church for the wedding ceremony. With the ongoing construction of the flyover in Banilad Street, the traffic situation has gone from bad to worse and we don't want to take any chances of getting late for the ceremony. While the distance from Chateau de Busay to the Redemptorist Church is still relatively far, we thought the traffic that we have to go through is much less compared to that in Banilad Street. As early as 8 am we made the long drive up to Chateau de Busay as soon as our two make-up artist arrived in the house. These are some of the captured moments during our dress-up at Chateau de Busay. - The Groom's Wedding Clothes
- Wendell taking a quick pose with his wedding clothes. For the groom to stand out from the rest of the entourage members, it was decided that he wore something more than just the usual barung tagalog. His wedding apparel includes a fine tailored suit with a light shade of ecru paired with pants of the same color and material as the upper suit. For his undersuit, he will be wearing a white long sleeved shirt with a red satin tie. For his footwear he will be wearing a new pair of black leather shoes and white cotton socks to go with it.

- The Groom, Dressing Up
- Wendell dressing himself up in his wedding clothes. While it was customary for the Best Man, to assist the groom in dressing up it was decided on the last minute to do away with it because he had to do some more important errand. But it was certainly not a problem, after all, the presence of the Best Man in the dress up was just for photography purposes.

- Lacing Up the Wedding Gown
- With the lace feature pf the back of the wedding gown, the bride needed help in getting dressed. It was a good thing Ms. Dornie Lapiz, the gown seamstress, was there to assit the bride and to make sure everything was a snig fit. Ms Lapiz, did a great job of making the gown just the way the bride wanted it to be.

- Setting the Veil and the Tiara
- Ms/ Joy, the make-up artist setting the veil and the tiara on the bride's head. She had a bit of difficulty putting it securely in place but it came out nice and tight with some hairpins to hold it down. Of course we don't want it falling off during the ceremony or during the reception.
